Open to all Directors, this training focuses on the strategies associated with execution of the elements of CorporateConnections Membership (Chapter Meetings, Forum, Access to the Global Community, Exclusive Events). Participants are required to attend all three days of training in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Prerequisites
• Review the Member Onboarding Modules available on the CC Hub (estimated 4 hours).
Key Outcomes
• Describe the elements of the CC offering and how they are executed in your Chapter.
• Effectively select Members for the Chapter Leadership Team.
• Identify growth and retention strategies to ensure Chapter health.
• Identify and address common challenges.
• Create a Member experience that represents the CC Purpose and Core Values
