Open to all Directors, this training focuses on the strategies associated with launching chapters in new and existing markets. Participants are required to attend all three days of training in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Prerequisites
• Review the Member Onboarding Modules available on the CC Hub (estimated 4 hours)
Key Outcomes
• Effectively plan a launch for 0–15 Members.
• Screen prospective Members for fit with the CC offering and culture.
• Overcome objections to joining.
• Clearly articulate the CC value proposition based upon candidate value drivers
