This training focuses on the best practices, key messaging, and schedule associated with Member Onboarding and value creation that drives renewals. Participants are required to attend all three days of training in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Prerequisites
• Review the Member Onboarding Modules available on the CC Hub (estimated 4 hours).
Key Outcomes
• Articulate the Member Journey through the first two years.
• Execute onboarding for Members that results in high levels of engagement.
• Leverage tools and resources to effectively onboard Members.
